Shell completes acquisition of Nature Energy

Shell Petroleum NV, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shell plc (Shell), has completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Nature Energy Biogas A/S (Nature Energy).
Nature Energy becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Shell, initially under its own brand.
The agreement for Shell to acquire Nature Energy was announced on 28 November 2022.
